Rob Previti represents developers, investors, owners, and businesses in commercial real estate and corporate transactions. His real estate practice focuses on acquisitions, financings, development, and dispositions of commercial and industrial assets, with particular experience in hospitality transactions.

Rob advises on both portfolio and single-asset transactions and regularly handles the related land use, ownership, and project-structuring issues that affect execution. His work includes zoning and permitting matters, easements, title issues, condominium registration and governance, subdivision approval, and related real estate development matters.

Rob’s corporate practice includes entity selection and formation, shareholder and operating agreements, debt and equity financing, business acquisitions and dispositions, and commercial contracts. He also has experience with securities-related matters, including private offerings, investment fund formation, and investment adviser and broker-dealer regulatory issues.

Rob holds a J.D./M.B.A. from American University, where he served as an Articles Editor of the American University Law Review and as a Dean’s Fellow, and he is a graduate of Georgetown University’s Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service.

Rob has been recognized in Chambers USA (New Hampshire-Real Estate), Legal 500 (New England-Real Estate), and Best Lawyers (New Hampshire-Real Estate).
