Abigail Cluff is an associate attorney at Stebbins Lazos & Van Der Beken PLLC, where she focuses her practice on real estate and corporate law. Her work involves drafting and reviewing purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan documentation, and entity formation matters. Abigail is also involved in all aspects of transactional due diligence, including analysis of corporate documents, title and survey review, zoning, and UCC searches. She helps ensure smooth and timely closings by supporting the team in commercial real estate, construction, and banking matters.

Abigail earned her Juris Doctor from New England Law | Boston, where she received the New England Scholars Award for her excellent academic credentials. Abigail was a member of the First Generation Students Program and served as the President for Real Estate Law Society. During law school, Abigail served as an Associate Member and vested into the role of Comment and Note Editor for the New England Law Review, where she received the Spirit of Law Review Award for her attention to detail. She is proud of her work as a judicial intern at the Lowell District Court, as well as her time at Cambridge and Somerville Legal Services, where she advocated and assisted with eviction defense for low-income clients.

Prior to law school, Abigail received her undergraduate degree from Suffolk University, graduating summa cum laude. She majored in Sociology with a concentration in Crime and Justice and minored in Psychology.

She is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and is pending admission in New Hampshire. Abigail is a member of the Boston Bar Association and the Real Estate Bar Association of Massachusetts. She is also a licensed Notary Public in Massachusetts.
